29 jun Itinerario Circuitos Day 1: ARRIVAL - On arrival at Malta International airport, guests will be met by our Hospitality Team and transferred to the hotel in Valletta for the check in. Time at leisure and in the evening, guest will be transferred to a restaurant to enjoy a welcome dinner. At the end of the dinner, guests will be transferred back to the hotel. Overnight Day 2: HD GROUP TOUR (Valletta and The Malta Experience" show) - After breakfast, guests will be met by an Italian-speaking guide, for a walking tour around Malta's Capital city: Valletta. Our guided tour through the vibrant streets of Valletta will allow you to discover the beauty and charm of the fortified city built by the Knights in 1566. The Order of St. John ruled over the islands for 268 years and left a unique cultural legacy of which Valletta is the prime example. We first enjoy a breathtaking view of the Grand Harbour from the Upper Barracca Gardens. Then we visit St. John’s Co-Cathedral, including the Caravaggio masterpieces in the Oratory (entrance on request / on extra charge). The Co-Cathedral houses one of the most beautiful marble inlaid floors in the world. Going down Republic Street you will walk past the Grand Masters’ Palace and the recently restored St. George’s Square before watching the Malta Experience, an audiovisual show where Malta’s history throughout the centuries is brought back to life. At the end of the tour, guests will be transferred back to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure and overnight. Day 3: FULL DAY PRIVATE TOUR (Gozo) AND WINE AND LOCAL PRODUCTS TASTING - Day 4: COOKING PRIVATE CLASS "Maltese Traditional" - After breakfast, guests will be transferred to the rural village of Dingli, to visit a local Farm. This estate consists of over 600 acres of land covered in rich, dark, soil which is religiously ploughed and cultivated. This soil is home to a number of different fruits and vegetables which are grown according to the season. The Farm offers a truly unique locations for the most memorable gourmet experiences. With this experience of a three-hour hands-on cooking class, guests will have the opportunity to cook a full blown menu, from appetizer to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. Whilst every dish will be introduced by a family story or a local tradition, they will learn the tricks of grandmother’s traditional cooking and will discover the secrets of the local peasant country cooking.
